Near relatives, as sons or daughters by blood or in law, brothers and sisters, uncles or nephews, &c. Voluntary conveyances or assignments to a conjunct or confident person by a party
insolvent at the time are voidable by prior creditors for valuable consideration, under the Act 1621, c. 18.
