Interpleader suit. It may, however, be also brought by one of the claimants, called then the real raiser, in the name of the holder of the fund, called then the nominal raiser. It may in some cases be brought, although the claimants have not proceeded to execution against the debtor. The fund which is in dispute is called the fund in medio.
